INKspired blog hop #15

Yah, blog hop time again. Welcome to my blog! You may have already been visiting the other ladies and would have hopped through to my blog from the wonderfully talented Barbara Williams  or maybe you have started with me. If that is the case welcome and make sure that you check out all the other creative ladies in our blog hop team.
I really had fun this week as it was quite a challenge to come up with a design this week. The sketch appeared quite simple to do however when trying to put a design to it I really struggled. I finally came up with something and really was happy with the result.
Here is this week's sketch;
I really liked the circles and thought I would stick to using circles instead of changing the shape. ( I almost went with a heart shape originally ) and changed the size of the circles on mine to give it a little more character. Here it is;

I have used quite a few punches- 2 different sized circles, the heart punch from the , and the bitty butterfly punch. Gorgeous Grunge of course has made an appearance on the card. I also have added one of my favourite background stamps on this card- I love lace. This back ground stamp is beautiful and it is an absolute must in anybody's stamp collection. Here is an up close picture on how I used it.

 Thanks for dropping by and checking out my blog. I hope you enjoyed seeing my take on this week's sketch. Up next is the extremely talented Kabrina. She is sure to impress with her amazing 'undefined' carving creations.
See you soon,
Cherie x

Very pretty, Cherie. I like how you've mixed up positive and negative punched elements, and I love the stamps and colours you've used.
